It was Ryan’s very last hockey game of the tournament and unfortunately Daddy was out of town and missed out on the game and the party. Mommy and daddy were extremely proud of Ryan for his amazing playing throughout the tournament. Lucas’ Flat Stanley came with us to the game and took a few photos with Ryan on the ice before the Zamboni came out to run us over. Mommy also got a chance to get a photo of the whole team! What a great job these 5 year olds did!

We had a second day of snow in Vancouver this year. We were able to build a great snowman which we named Olaf from the movie frozen! Check out the before and after!

Ryan had his first hockey tournament and the first game was a blowout! They don’t officially keep score but Ryan’s team totally dominated. Everyone played an important role but for our sake here are some of Ryan’s highlights.
In case you can’t tell – Ryan is #9
The end score was something like (12-1)…but don’t tell anyone.

When we get fog in Vancouver it is pretty awesome. It doesn’t happen too often and pictures don’t really capture just how hard it is to see. It is quite spooky and scary but exciting at the same time.

Ryan had one of his good buddies from kindergarten over for a play date. They had quite a blast and were typical boys the way they played. There was a lot of craziness and some dancing. The song you hear was one of Ryan’s favourites from his first day of kindergarten.
