The second pregnancy just isn’t the same as the first – not that it isn’t exciting. It’s just now you are distracted with a young toddler that just wants your attention all of the time. It really is quite different.

Also, this time we didn’t take nearly as many pregnancy photos. But, we did manage to find one.

Grace at 35 weeks.  Still looking good!

Here is our first picture of Madeline.  At this point we still didn’t know if we were getting a boy or girl.  It didn’t matter to us. 

I wonder when he’s coming…..I felt like he was coming soon a few weeks ago, but I don’t think it’s happening anytime soon anymore… Today’s is my first day on my maternity leave and I’m already losing my mind. I’m bored. I don’t know what to do with myself. There is no more cleaning or laundry to do around the house. I just want to meet OBAKI!!!!

I’m almost 37 weeks. I can’t believe the “day” is just around the corner. The baby has definitely dropped and I’m feeling really exhausted and physically uncomfortable. It’s getting hard for me to sit, walk, and sleep. My lower back is killing me. Everyone told me that the last month gets pretty tough. oh boy, they weren’t kidding. I’ve been eating so much this week…..more than ever….so many burgers….. I can’t stop with the burgers. What the heck? Well, I guess I only have a few more weeks to eat whatever I want. My belly is so huge and I’ve gained 30 pounds. It’s frightening and the thought of having to lose all that weight after is overwhelming, but I’ll deal with that later.
