Ryan has been getting better at walking and has started carrying things as he walks.  Check out this video.

Ok…this might not sound too exciting but it is pretty monumental in terms of how Ryan gets around.  In the past Ryan would need to pull himself up onto something in order to stand or walk.  Tonight, we were hanging out at the park and he just got up and started walking!

I was really shocked!!

He took about 6 steps and sat down and started clapping…I guess he knew that he did something very impressive.

Here is a video of Ryan walking (I don’t have a video of him getting up from a sitting position yet).  This is one of his longer walks as he begins to get a hang of this whole walking thing.  Lots of fun.

Daddy needs to take off for the weekend for some concerts.  It’s been a while since I performed so it is exciting, but at the same time I am going to miss my little buddy.

The last time we were in Los Angeles Grace’s sister Esther gave Ryan a cute pair of black shoes.  Ryan couldn’t fit into the shoes at first but they fit great now.  We gave him the shoes to try out today.  Ryan really seemed to like them.  Thanks Shrek!
